After a difficult pregnancy and delivery, a c-section with a hysterectomy chaser a year later I lived a painful and completely exhausted existence.
After many many months of a semi- sedentary life,
i am finally willing , able and ready to MOVE !
Running is new for me and therefore (possibly) worthy of some observation and contemplation.
On a purely practical note, I need a place to keep track of my cross-training activity as well as my progress as a 'runner' .
I am more of what you would call a "hurry up there is a big angry slathering dog after you " kind of runner so this should be interesting.
At least for a little while....
